This voucher entitles the holder to select from a range of coffee, cake, and sandwich options available at our designated outlets.

Expiration Date: The voucher is valid for a period of three months from the date of purchase. Post this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be used.

  1. Redeemable Locations: The voucher can be used at any Black Medicine site

  2. No Takebacks: This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

  3. Not Actually Real Money: This voucher has no cash value and cannot be sold, don’t try… don’t even think about it. It’s not a ticket to taylor swift. You shouldn’t be scalping gift vouchers anyway.

  4. No Switching: The voucher is non-transferable and is valid for a single transaction only.

  5. Spend it all!: If the total cost of the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder (unless we think you’re nice). If the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher, no change or credit will be given (sad).
